You asked for recipes........... here they come. I will try to post them often. This would make a great recovery shake after you are done here... particularly the early morning crew.

Chocolate Coffee Shake

Thank you to those who have turned in their survey thus far, I so appreciate your comments and am doing my best to accommodate! We will continue with our 800M Runs to begin each session warming up the body as well as an official warm up and end with isolation ab work as you have requested!

Week 2 is Complete.
What an incredible 2 weeks this has been.
I hope you have enjoyed it as much as I have despite the early hours.

We are entering our final week. "Hell Week"
Each day we will have workouts similar in intensity and difficulty like today.
Days 1, 3 and 4 I will be training with you!
Day 2 is your choice day so please let me know what exercises you want to see in the workout as soon as you can and be specific. They can be ones that you enjoy or ones that you know you need to work on. Please post in comments.

Also: Do we want to do anything to celebrate the end of bikini boot camp? If so share some ideas.
I was also thinking of having shirts made listing the many things we did over bikini boot camp.
Stating "I survived bikini boot camp"
commenting on how early it was, how many squats, push ups, jumps, run etc we did.
Let me know if you would be interested. Cost would be $20.

For those wishing to continue post bikini boot camp, the tentative schedule will be:
I am hoping this will work for all of you. Let me know your thoughts.

Week 2 Nearly Complete..............

Keep this Quote in mind the next 5 days you have to wake up.

Everyone is getting tired.......... don't let that show in your reps. Don't compromise your form.

Don't CHEAT YOURSELF on your form, reps or diet.

Enjoy your day off tomorrow and fuel properly. Friday you train with me......... doing my workout.
I promise it will be hard, it will hurt but you will get through it!

Week One is complete.

I just want to say thank you. Thank you for committing to this camp.

You are such an amazing group of women. You show up every day without complaint and with a smile on your face. You conquer each workout with vigor and discipline.
You want it... and it is such a beautiful site to see all of you working so hard.

Take some time this weekend and think about what you really want out of this camp.
Do you have a goal? A reasonable one? It is weight loss, or to become stronger?
Is it just to create some discipline in your life? Is it just for fun? Whatever the reason... think about it. Write down your goal and what you want out of it. If you can't think of a reason come up with one? What are your weaknesses?
What exercise do you hate the most but know that you need to work on it to improve?

How is your diet?
Are you really trying to eat clean and eat well. These 3 weeks can be life changing.
It only takes 21 days to form a good habit or a bad one. Take some time this week and plan your meals? At least the ones you won't eat as a family. Plan your breakfast, lunch and snacks for the week. I promise if you are prepared you will not fail!

This is it girls............. enjoy your last week.
Print your guidelines and plan to return to me Day 1,
you need to have it turned in to begin.
Be sure to review your nutrition guidelines, print out your food logs
(remember all I want to know is what you are eating and drinking.......
not all the carb/fat/protein details....trust me it's all in my head already)
Start making good choices now. Be sure you get 7-8 hours of sleep.
DON'T BE LATE. DON'T FORGET WATER AND MAT AND MUSIC IF YOU GOT IT.
Show up with an amazing I can do it, I will kill it attitude.
If I do not already have your cell phone info please email me it so that I can text you on the mornings when the weather looks nasty, I will let you know no later than 515 am.
Parking.... end of driveway, street and Erin's house to the left (allow her one lane).
Carpool if you can.
Let's do this!
