This is it girls............. enjoy your last week.
Print your guidelines and plan to return to me Day 1,
you need to have it turned in to begin.
Be sure to review your nutrition guidelines, print out your food logs
(remember all I want to know is what you are eating and drinking.......
not all the carb/fat/protein details....trust me it's all in my head already)
Start making good choices now. Be sure you get 7-8 hours of sleep.
DON'T BE LATE. DON'T FORGET WATER AND MAT AND MUSIC IF YOU GOT IT.
Show up with an amazing I can do it, I will kill it attitude.
If I do not already have your cell phone info please email me it so that I can text you on the mornings when the weather looks nasty, I will let you know no later than 515 am.
Parking.... end of driveway, street and Erin's house to the left (allow her one lane).
Carpool if you can.
