Week 2 Nearly Complete..............

Keep this Quote in mind the next 5 days you have to wake up.

Everyone is getting tired.......... don't let that show in your reps. Don't compromise your form.

Don't CHEAT YOURSELF on your form, reps or diet.

Enjoy your day off tomorrow and fuel properly. Friday you train with me......... doing my workout.
I promise it will be hard, it will hurt but you will get through it!
