I just want to say thank you. Thank you for committing to this camp.
You are such an amazing group of women. You show up every day without complaint and with a smile on your face. You conquer each workout with vigor and discipline.
You want it... and it is such a beautiful site to see all of you working so hard.
Take some time this weekend and think about what you really want out of this camp.
Do you have a goal? A reasonable one? It is weight loss, or to become stronger?
Is it just to create some discipline in your life? Is it just for fun? Whatever the reason... think about it. Write down your goal and what you want out of it. If you can't think of a reason come up with one? What are your weaknesses?
What exercise do you hate the most but know that you need to work on it to improve?
How is your diet?
Are you really trying to eat clean and eat well. These 3 weeks can be life changing.
It only takes 21 days to form a good habit or a bad one. Take some time this week and plan your meals? At least the ones you won't eat as a family. Plan your breakfast, lunch and snacks for the week. I promise if you are prepared you will not fail!
