What are you doing this summer to stay active? 
We have more cookouts, celebratory drinks, exposing more skin in shorts, tanks and swimsuits. 
What is your game plan? 
Many are prepping for upcoming races which is awesome! 
Keep signing up for events like this, it will keep you IN training. 
Do you have a plan? A goal. I know I talk about it so often. 
Because it is that important. 
We cannot reach our goals without having them.
We need to reach too not be luke warm about them. 
We need to be precise and simple and realistic. 
Baby steps to change your life. 
No more excuses as to why you can't.
You need to plan your meals and workouts just like 
your kids coaches and dance instructors plan your kids practices. 
You would not dare allow your kid to miss practice or a game.
Consider your workouts with the same priority. 
YES it is that important. 
Schedule it in and don't miss it. 
Plan your meals and pack them. Take them with you too work.
Stop spending money on crap food out. It is damn near impossible 
to eat clean when you are out and it is way to tempting to splurge.
Avoid the temptation. I have taught you how to plan your meals.
Take one day a week and plan them and prep them. 
WRITE DOWN WHAT YOU EAT.
It is something everyone seems afraid to do.
The answers to your weight loss or weight gain are hidden there. 
If you want to reach your goals it starts with what you put in your mouth. 
Then with your work ethic...
get to bootcamp! Eat clean. 

New classes start up June 9th.
Game plan.
Monday and Thursday 6am.
Wed 7pm
And one mid morning class each week, time and day to be determined weekly.
