With the Holidays around the corner what is your plan of attack to stay on track?
The holiday season is a time filled with family and food! Most of us splurge a little or even a lot.
I do believe in treating yourself to some of those splurges from time to time but the holidays seem to be a time where people do WAY too much of it. So how will you stay on track?
The weather is getting colder, we are busier with shopping for the holidays.
Many go into a nesting mode where we become less active and eat more comfort foods.
Don't let the cold and the luxury of wearing more clothes keep you from being active and maintaining that weight or even loosing some if that is your goal. You can be very active in your own home.
There are many healthy soup recipes out there and if you have not invested in a crock pot now is the time. Cooking and eating healthy is as simple as throwing some meat and spices in a crock pot.
Explore some new recipes with the link below! Breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Need a side. Sweet potatoes are in always in season and very good for you.
My favorite way of cooking them lately is slicing them and adding oregano, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Bake them for an hour or so and they may an amazing side to any meat or fish dish.
