August.
Back to school, back to routines and kids schedules, back to working around the clock.
What does this mean for your workouts?
Will you put them on the back burner or
take the opportunity to schedule in your workouts to make sure they happen.
 
Don't brush them aside, make excuses because your kids have this and that.
Make sure they happen.
We can make it happen.
 
Many of you are signing up for the half marathon or other 5ks.
Some of you are questioning it.
Don't. Sign up for it and train for it, train hard,
train like you would train to win.
No matter your age or injury, there is always a way.
We will have setbacks, we all have aches and pains. Getting old sucks.
But it does not have to stop of us from reaching our goals.
It can be an excuse or a reason to rise above it.
I challenge you all to rise above your excuses.
Rise above your reasons "not too."
Be fearless, be daring within reason.
 See what your body can do for you.
You would be amazed at what it can do!
