This is it! The last site of the belly!
One week ago I maxed out on my deadlift at 355#.
Everyone has different goals and this picture is proof that
no matter what is going on with you,
YOU CAN REACH THOSE GOALS.
Lifting heavy may not be yours and that day it was not my intention,
but it was feeling good and have NO doubts
that I was not putting baby in harms way either.
I always lift with perfect form and safely.
My clients do too, that is why I only have small classes!
Your form is important to me!
 
So for most Summer Break has arrived. What are your goals for summer?
Be sure you write them down and put them in a place you can see them.
Share them with a friend and stick to them.  
I will have my work cut out for me after this baby getting back into shape.
If I can do it so can you!
Believe in yourself, fuel your body properly and get moving.
It really is that simple!

that work for you and we will get er done!
