It is nearly June. What are your goals for the summer?
Summer is a time that 2 things can happen.
You can stay focused on your goals and still enjoy summer,
or you can let go and quit working out and eating well and loose sight
of your goals.
I want to tell you that you CAN have it all.
It is possible to enjoy your summer, exercise and eat well.
Here are some strategies to succeed.
1. Keep you pantry full of clean and fresh food.
Now is a great time to stock up,
you have fresh food markets every weekend to get produce, fruit prices should be dropping.
Many of you have more time off so this will allow you
more time to pack your meals for travel and the pool.
Do NOT give into the temptations of eating out.
2. Stay Active, we have some great weather coming so we can be
outdoors more often and more active.
Get out there and move, sign up to play in a rec league or
just get out there and play with your kids. Swim,
play baseball, volleyball, run, be active.
3. Get some sun... we all know Vitamin D makes us
feel good so be sure to get some,
but protect your skin too!
4. Surround yourself with people who will motivate you
and lift you up.
Avoid the downers who are trying to sabotage your goals
and sadly they are out there...
"oh, one dessert won't hurt, another drink won't kill you."
Loose those people.
Choose those who want to help you with your goals,
people who are willing to do it with you but have some fun too!
5. STAY POSITIVE. If you had a bad day, let it go.
Don't dwell on it.
Get back on track and tell yourself you CAN DO IT.
Focus on the positive progress you have made and take it one step further.
Have that extra glass of water, run that extra 1/2 mile,
lift those extra 10lbs.
I BELIEVE IN YOU, YOU JUST HAVE TO BELIEVE IN YOURSELF.

Gather 8 to 10 for $10 a class.
Rally a group of ladies together and let's do this!
