APRIL AWESOME CHALLENGE
 
Who wants in?
Pick one person to challenge. You are accountable to eachother.
Your JOB
1. Pick one spiritual aspect to work on.
2. Pick one think to work on to improve your relationship with your spouse and kids.
3. Pick one physical weakness and food/drink weakness to work on.
Keep them simple, concrete and to the point.
Here is an example...
1. Start everyday with Morning Offering Prayer.
2. Work on NOT REACTING TO spouse and kids.
3. Complete 30 push ups daily in perfect form and drink 2 liters of water daily.
 
Sign up for bootcamp next week, hoping to be outside next week.

Bikini bootcamp sessions will be in April and May.
Due to the baby being born May 31 I will likely take time off in June...
however I will plan on having an
ONLINE JUNE CHALLENGE WITH 4 DAYS OF WORKOUTS,
NUTRITION PLANS AND ACCOUNTABILITY.
 
Stir fry is always fun! Remember to use brown rice or Quinoa. Easy on the bottled sauces and go crazy with spices. Here are some building block recipes you can tweek to your liking.
 
 
I currently have Boneless Chicken Thighs in the crock pot with Crushed Pineapple (no added sugars) and garlic hot sauce! I am going to serve with brown rice and veggies tonite.
