I firmly believe in every single one of you. I know you all have the will power and strength to follow through with your goals. I also know you are human, you will fall, but will you get back up or dwell on those failures! Don't dwell on them. Focus only on the good that you did that day and move forward. One step at a time, one day at a time. Please know you are not alone in your journey.
I am here for you, your fellow boot campers are here for you!
Let's motivate each other to be the "Best Versions Of Ourselves."
I would strongly encourage everyone to start a journal. Write the days successes and failures, this can be such an awesome tool to help you in your journey. You will be able to see how far you have come and what triggered those "other" moments. Keep it simple. Jot down some short goals in the morning and how you did at night! Be sure everyday ends with a positive note!

The couples challenge is really going awesome. I am so pleased with everyone so far! The dedication and the feedback has been incredible and very positive! Not without some sweat and likely some tears from some of you! But remember you are in it together, through the good and bad.

Many of these are on bread, remember always go 100% whole grain or Ezekiel bread as well as 100% whole grain wraps and know that you don't always need bread.
Sandwich's can be wrapped in lettuce and are delicious!!!
