It is a huge misconception that women will get bulky lifting weights.
As we age we loose muscle mass and bone density,
lifting weights will help us to maintain that as well as maintain proper spine support.
It is almost more important to be lifting weights than it is to be focusing on
cardio and certainly more beneficial in the weight loss world.
Have you ever noticed anyone who has lost a lot of weight just doing cardio?
What do you see?
They do look great and are smaller, but just a smaller version of themselves.

With weight training you become a smaller version of yourself with definition and
shape to your body. I guarantee you this is a much more desired outcome than
becoming a smaller Pear or Apple Shape. Weight training really needs to be done
3-4 times a week to start seeing that change in the body so what are you doing?
Cardio is great for the heart, but it does not challenge those other
big muscles in your body!

Trust me.... I am nearly 6 weeks out from exercise after Zeke...

I have lost my butt, I like to call it "Runners Butt." It has lost it's shape because I have
not been squatting! The sought after derriere is round and high...
squats are the prescription and I cannot wait to hit the weights again to lift it
and get that round shape back, it may sound silly but strong glutes are
key to back and hip health as well as daily function.
So on that note... let's get you here...
