Bootcamp Is Back in Full Swing.
We have amazing weather and awesome workouts planned.
It is time to ask yourself where you want to be.
In two weeks, 1 month and 3 months out.
Set concrete manageable goals for yourself.
Then ATTACK them.
No more excuses, PERIOD.
If you say you are going to be here, GET your BUTT HERE.
We can all make 100 excuses for reasons not to be here but you are only shortchanging
yourself and your workout partners.
Stay True to your Commitments, Stay True to yourself.
