I just love these two quotes. They may sound cocky but I see pride in them!
Work towards building that strength so that you are able to do more on on your own.
The purpose of my training is to help you get
stronger so that the daily tasks you deal with

(kids, long hours, lifting things etc) become easier! That is the goal,
in addition to feeling awesome about what you accomplish while you are here.
You may not feel that while during but I can bet you do when you leave.
I have been challenging some of you in ways
that you have never been challenged before.

You know who are you. You have impressed me and proved to me
that you are so much stronger and your mind set is ready and not going to give up
no matter how hard it is. This type of traning is not just for your body
but it is for your mind too. I am trying to reassure you that no matter how
much you may want to stop or give in,
you have to push past that desire to quit,
this is where the mind comes into play.
You can do this. You can do way more than you think you can.
I have seen it in most of you.
Now let's get out there and make it happen.
Don't show up ready to just go through the motions,
show up ready to take it on at full force.
Be an example and motivator to everyone around you.
We all feed off of positivity and motivation.
Come ready, ready to kick some butt.
