Addiction........... what is yours? Diet soda, regular soda, sugar, salt? Do you have a trigger food? A food that when you eat you want more and more and more but not because you are hungry? Mine is peanut butter and I know I am better off avoiding it because it is like crack to me. So what is yours?
Can you live without it?
Your challenge for one week is to go without and see how you feel. Post in the comments. Share what it is and know that you don't have to do it alone. We have an incredible motivating support system through this boot camp and we are all here for each other. Need some ideas on how to start.

Step 1. GET IT OUT OF THE HOUSE.
Step 2. Every time you think you may want, go run a lap or jump rope,
knock out your 30 pushups, call your girlfriend. 
Occupy yourself for 10 minutes and chances are that craving will be gone.

Write down how you feel each day without it and do it for 7 days. No cheating.

  1. Keep working on your daily 30 pushups. You should be 90 by the end of the day. I will post next weeks challenge on facebook bootcamp site on Friday or Saturday.

    I will be there next week on Tuesday 9am - Wed 630p - Thursday at 6am ---
    See how I do with a back to back on Wed and Thurs with no rest... if I can move forward with that schedule or not..

  3. I am planning on Tues/Thurs 6 AM.

    One addiction...do we really have to list just one??

    Mine is sweets in general, chocolate specifically. We'll see how this goes!

  5. Put me down for Tuesday at 9 and wednesday night.
    My addiction is SUGAR!!!! Not so much chocolate, but skittles, caramel, peach rings....candy! I always feel like after I eat lunch/dinner I need something sweet (and not fruit)

  6. I will do tues and thurs 6AM again next week! Not sure what I need to get off of...still thinking on that. I had gotten rid of the sweets and been good about that. Need to drink more water! :-)
