Well he is much higher in the sky now than that. I am so grateful we were able to go
to Florida with him in March. I can still hardly believe he is gone.
He is greatly missed already.
I thank you for your patience and understanding during these difficult times.
I love you Dad and I always will.

For your sweet tooth............ for those shying away from the dates, you do not even taste them... it just adds a bit of chewiness, I am telling you these are so awesome!
Chocolate Chip Protein Balls
(Makes 22)
Ingredients:
2 Cups of Dry Roasted Peanuts or any kind of nut
1 Cup of Pitted Dates
3 Scoops of Protein Powder (see notes below)

1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
¼ Cup Unsweetened Coconut (optional)
¼ Cup Ground Flax (optional)
¼ Cup Dark Chocolate Chips or Carob Chips
3 Tbsp Almond Butter
¼ Cup Water
¼ Cup Unsweetened Coconut (optional)

Java Mocha Protein Balls
Ingredients:
1/3 Cup Ground Coffee
2 Tbsp Raw Natural Cocoa
2 Cups Cashews (you can use almonds or peanuts)
1/4 Cup Ground Flax
1/4 Cup Wheat Germ
3 Scoops Natural Protein Powder
1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Dates
1/2 Cup Water
Directions:
Place all ingredients excluding the water into your food processor.
Blend until smooth.
Slowly add the water pulsing as the consistency thickens like dough.
Place ingredients into a bowl and refrigerate for a couple hours (this makes the mixture less sticky to handle).
Remove from fridge and roll into 1 inch balls.
Enjoy!
