Happy Easter! This is the church in Ave Maria where we were in Florida.
Beautiful! I hope you all have a blessed day with your family and loved ones.
 
Take some time this weekend and create some new goals for yourself
and your family to work on over the next 3 week. Come up with 1 Goal for each area.
Make them realistic and put them in a visible place to remind you daily.
 
 Areas to focus on:
1. Spirituality: How can you better your relationship with God?
2. Family: What can you do to improve your family/spousal relationships?
3. Exercise: What can you improve on? What are your weaknesses? List them and work on them.
4. Nutrition: How can you eat/drink better? Pick 1 think to improve on.
5. Fun: What is one thing you have wanted to do but you are putting it off?
DO IT!

BIKINI BOOT CAMP/SUMMER PREP

If you are planning on doing the Summer Prep Camp please be sure to let me know.
The bikini boot camp will take place of regular class times.
Dates are May 7-25th. Monday/Tuesday/Wed/Friday 545-630am. Cost $120.
If you are only able to make it 2 or 3 weeks times per week we will adjust cost accordingly.
Payment is due May 4th for the 3 week session. I hope you can make it!!!

  1. I am in for Tues, Wed, Fri this week. still working on convincing myself that I can get up at 5:30am for three weeks of workouts. might have to discover coffee???

  2. I am planning on Friday only this week. I may be bringing my friend if there is room in class. She is visiting from out of town, so I'll bring some mula for her if she chooses to try "Kate's House of Pain"...LOL!! Have a good week!!
