Hopefully everyone is settling back into routine with school starting and kids schedules.
I know we are adjusting to that and the continued growth of Zeke.
I could make excuses and say that I am too busy to train because
Zeke takes up so much time.
But I know better, to be a better Wife and Mother I need that time.
We all do. It is what keeps us young, healthy and strong.
So make the decision now.
Put that workout in your schedule just like you would your kids practice or game.
Make it a priority. I promise it will make for a better You.
So will eating well. Plan your meals. Plan your snacks.
It may seem silly but I guarantee if you start it will become
second nature and your body will depend on that fuel every few hours and you
will be ready because you did plan and pack it!
Get your kids and family involved. Everyone can do it!
