Work hard next week or get the much needed rest that some of you need
but remain active with walking.
To the rest of you.... get a few days in of some oldies but goodies. I will miss you all.
1. 10 Rounds of 10 Push ups, Sit ups and Squats
2. 10 Rounds of 10 Burpees and 100 M Sprints
3. Get out and run a 5K. Prep for the Warrior Race in July and August.
Lastly... as you will see them when we return for testing.
4. 20 min of 5 push ups, 10 sit ups and 15 squats
5. 1 mile run

ReplyDeleteI am planning on Friday the 9th and may have a friend joining me to try it out!! Oh and my legs are still noodles!!! Great workout this AM, loved it and have felt great all day, I am defiantly feeling the burn!!!

Wed the 4th and Friday the 6th are good for me. Can't do Thursday evening, though -- that's my night of non-stop excitement with the kids :)
