You will accomplish amazing things once you get focused. Remember, we are talking about accomplishing your dreams here, that’s important. You hear me talk a lot about Weaknesses and focusing on them.
We live in a world of quick and fast fixes.
 A world that does not focus on working hard or pushing
 ourselves to the point of discomfort.
A world that says take a pill, drink a shake, take a 10 week class.
 
Most of us need a reality check. So here comes Hard Ass Loving Kate.
What are your goals?
Your fitness and dietary goals for you, your family, your spouse?
Are you strong enough to empty that pantry of all of the junk and processed food?
Are you strong enough to walk past dessert and have fruit instead?
Say no to that third cocktail and just go home and sleep cause that is what
your body really needs.
Are you determined enough to drink that 3-4 liters of water even
though you want coffee or soda or something else?
What have you done to make sure that you get your water in for the day?
Are you going to hit the snooze button or get up and move that body?
Show up for class even though you don't feel good?
And WHEN YOU DO? What will you do?
Will you whine? Will you JUST GET THROUGH IT?
Or will you push yourself past comfort so that it is HARD to keep going?
 
I guarantee you will get more satisfaction and results from pushing yourself
 past comfort and being disciplined, you will be so excited that you made it
 through the day without that dessert and survived. Had those 2 cocktails,
still had a good time and did not feel foggy in the morning.
Knocked out those 50 push ups ON YOUR TOES CHEST TO DECK
instead of dropping to your knees or going half way down just for time sake.
 
Ask yourself? How bad do you want it? Exercise and nutrition do not have
 to take the fun out of life.
We can still be active and healthy and have a wonderful time...
we will actually feel better
mentally, physically and spiritually when properly fueled by good food, water,
exercise and let's not forget some Jesus!!! After all he did create us!
 We kinda of need Him too!
 
SO YES YOU CAN HAVE IT ALL!
Let's stress less, turn all that bickering over to Christ, give Him your day.
Load your fridge and pantry with clean eats, get your water bottle you
 will drink out of all day.
Move your body, Get To Class.
 
I will motivate, inspire and push you!
I will take look at your good logs if you are brave enough to write it all down.
I am here for you! All you have to do is ASK!

Good Morning Beautiful Ladies and anyone else reading!
Summer is in full effect, the weather is still cool but beautiful for working out outdoors.
The markets are open to serve you up fresh produce, take advantage of the in season produce!
Summer is a busy time full of kids sports, fun activities and travel. It is easy to loose sight of your goals, exercise regularly and harder to eat right or is it?
Summer should be a time to eat really well. Grill some delicious cuts of meat, you can eat about anything and top it off with some fresh veggies and fruit. Voila meals are served.
 
We all know that summer time is a time to relax and have more drinks.
Don't soak up summer with heavy drinks, if you are going to drink, try mixing up some light drinks! 
 
In addition to eating right for your body, do it for your skin and hair too.
