Click on link below and print out the 30 days and 30 ways to stay on track.
December is a tough month to stay motivated.
Don't let stress and Holiday treats take you away from your goals.

Creative ways to eat cottage cheese
And my favorite recipe...
One container of cottage cheese mixed with 1 package of sugar free jello.
Cook jello as directed but do not add cold water, just mix with cottage cheese and put in container and cool in fridge... you have you own dessert and a healthy one... you can mix in fruit too.

"Keep Christ in Christmas"
Now is a time where the kids just go crazy about presents and toys. Try to keep the focus on what Christmas is really about! I am have included a couple pins from pinterest to help you!
Try them out!
In addition I am picking up special notebooks for the kids today and before
bed each night we are going to make a healthy habit of writing down
what we are thankful for in them at the end of each day!
Enjoy!

Lastly and I would encourage everyone in the family to do this...........
Create a goals board, it can be as fun and as creative as you want it to be or as simple as you want it to be. Remember to be concrete with your goals and to be sure they are attainable.

Set goals for all aspects of your life.
1. Spiritual
2. Family
3. Physical (this may include dietary changes too)
4. Educational for you and your kids.
5. Fun

In Gratitude
Thank you, Father, for having created us and given us to each other in the human family. Thank you for being with us in all our joys and sorrows, for your comfort in our sadness, your companionship in our loneliness. Thank you for yesterday, today, tomorrow and for the whole of our lives. Thank you for friends, for health and for grace. May we live this and every day conscious of all that has been given to us.

How did you do last week? Did you write down things you were thankful for? Really take some time to think about it? Did you get your letter or card to your spouse or significant other? I did... and he has been glowing since. It is amazing what a simple little act can do for someone! Now I invite you to do this often with those who have touched your lives in a way you are thankful for but you may not tell them! It is a simple way to get our of ourselves and appreciate those around us.

I want to take this opportunity to thank you all! Thank you for allowing me to help you in your fitness journey. Thank you for dedicating your time and efforts to come to class! I know you have all come such a long way and some awesome friendships have come out of it too! We are all in this journey together to be healthy and happy! We can all learn from each other! I have enjoyed working with all of you! You all work hard, don't complain, you want to be here and I cannot tell how much that means to me! You have all been an inspiration to each other and to me!
I am so proud of each and everyone of you!
Thank you!

Have a blessed Thanksgiving! Enjoy the wonderful food and embrace your family!
I am so thankful for my amazing 4 boys who may drive me crazy at times! I am thankful for the opportunity to bring another child into the world and I am so incredibly thankful for my husband who has to put up with me on a daily basis! He is my rock! He holds me up and I could not do any of this without him! Lastly and most importantly I am thankful for my faith which I know I would be lost without it, completely lost!

We are back on track next week with a regular schedule so please sign up for classes:

"IF YOU WANT SOME TO REMAIN THE SAME, TELL THEM WHAT THEY WANT TO HEAR. IF YOU DESIRE THAT ANOTHER CHANGE FOR GOOD,
TELL THEM WHAT THEY NEED TO HEAR."

Just take some time this week to think about this. I will expand upon it next week with a challenge.

Wise words passed on from my Dad to me. In this time of Thanksgiving,  I am so thankful for all of the lessons that he taught me but mostly the lessons on standing up for what I believe is right no matter how what others think, even when I am laughed at or made fun of, or if I am the minority.
I am so thankful that my Father taught me what really matters in life and not the things of this world.
During these times of preparation for Thanksgiving and Christmas think about this.
Have I been making my list of what I am thankful for and if not WHY NOT? It is a humbling exercise for all of us and a necessary one. Have you been thinking about all of the gifts that you have to buy or have you thought about what this season is really about?

My spiritual challenge for you this week is to write your husband or significant other a letter. Not an email or facebook message, a real handwritten letter or card.
Tell him all the things you love about him. Most men seek praise from their spouses and often do no get it. Take the time to really think about what you love about your spouse and why,
it does not have to be a 10 page letter, write from the heart.
And while you are at it... why not bake him his favorite dessert or favorite meal too?

Next week is Thanksgiving so we have some slight changes to our schedule.
Most of us are on Holiday break so we have some options............
talk to me about what works for you.

Tuesday 6am
Wed 6pm
I will offer a Boot Camp Friday morning if we have enough interest at 10am.
It will be a thanksgiving workout and it will be outside.

I have tons of new recipes to share but I will stick to Thanksgiving Theme for next week:

I did however make Pumpkin Donuts for the kids.....Enjoy!

I am not a huge fan of her but this is a great quote!
Something to ask yourself?! We are all our worsts critiques! Let's keep the negative self talk to non existent this month and just try your hardest to be the best version of yourself that you can!
Don't get wrapped up in how many times you fall short or fail.
Remember that is your own pride getting in the way!!
Accept it, fix it and move forward. Don't dwell on it!

Focus on those things you are thankful for this month and include a few about yourself.
So often women forget some of the amazing qualities they have! Write those down too!

Next week we have some changes!
We will train Thursday and Friday as I am out of town for a little birthday trip on Tuesday.

So please sign up for next week:
Thursday 6am
Friday 6am
If we just need to narrow to just Thursday that is fine too!
We will also have Wed night class at 6pm!

Tis the time of year for soups!

Also if you like spicy....
I just took a large package of bonless, skinless chicken thighs and threw them in the crock pot with some garlic hot sauce and Franks Red Hot.
Cook  for 3 hours on high or 6 hours on low and holy tender and delicious.
Side with salad, veggie and fruit and voila! Dinner is served!

Please start sharing your favorite healthy recipes... Thanksgiving is around the corner and who says you cannot bring a healthy side of dessert! Pumpkin custard is AMAZING!
